Refund Policy
1. Box Openings / Breaks – Final Sale
All box or pack openings, break spots, and break-related purchases are final sale.
Because products are opened and all cards are revealed during the break, no returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once the opening has started or has been completed.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the shipping box and label
• A brief description of the issue
We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
3. Shipping Issues / Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers are outside of our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:
• Check with your local post office or carrier
• Check with neighbors or household members
• Allow extra time for delayed delivery scans
We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to help you file a claim when possible.
4. Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved for an eligible return:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
